Landa has announced a new nanotechnology for the graphics metallization market. Described by Landa as a “breakthrough,” Nano-Metallography technology offers zero-waste metallization, reducing costs by more than half compared to foil. According to Landa, the quicker and simpler process will streamline the production of metalized print and improve customer profitability. “Our Nano-Metallography technology will enable metallization at less than half the cost of foil, with zero-waste – and it’s microwave compatible. We expect this technology to be available to customers in 2017,” says Benny Landa.
